Compensation plan
NATURAMEDICIN SE is a part of the international NATURAMEDICIN GROUP, which is engaged in the direct sale of food supplements of its own production in the countries of the European Union. It is gradually expanding its operations in other countries around the world.
The international NATURAMEDICIN GROUP has developed a product line of dietary supplements STROM OF LIFE, premium quality, consisting of herbal extracts and other ingredients that support the activity of our body. This international group markets its products through a direct sales system, the products are exclusively purchased on the e-shop (www.naturamedicin.eu), through a network of independent distributors - members of Club NATURAMEDICIN (hereinafter referred to as club member or distributor). Club members are independent entrepreneurs who are actively involved in building their distributor and customer network. Gradually, new premium quality products will be launched on the market.
In order to improve the business environment for club members and to avoid misunderstandings regarding the way in which the distribution of products is remunerated, NATURAMEDICIN SE has created this Compensation Plan. The purpose of the Compensation Plan is to provide accurate and direct information regarding bonuses and commissions paid to the Company's distributors. In the Compensation Plan of Club NATURAMEDICIN, we explain the basic concepts and methods of communication, establishing not only business relationships, but especially interpersonal relationships, across all countries and continents. The "Supplement to the Terms and Conditions" of NATURAMEDICIN SE is part of the compensation plan.
Our direct sales system is very simple and clear. If you become a member of our Club, you have the right to create your own network of club partners and customers and earn rewards from this activity.
It is beneficial and necessary for distributors (hereafter referred to as club members) to communicate upwards and wide. The club member then passes information and advice in all directions to his subordinate club members.
WAYS TO GET MEMBERSHIP IN THE NATURAMEDICIN CLUB
- By directly purchasing membership in the NATURAMEDICIN Club (Member of the NATURAMEDICIN Club)
By purchasing a membership, the new member can immediately register other customers and club members. He is paid the appropriate remuneration according to the Compensation Plan of NATURAMEDICIN SE.
- Conditional membership in the NATURAMEDICIN Club ( Junior member of NATURAMEDICIN Club ) with the right to immediately register additional customers and members.
In the case of conditional membership in the Club, the relevant remuneration according to the NATURAMEDICIN SE Compensation Plan is not paid until the amount of the commission reaches the amount of the NATURAMEDICIN Club membership fee. Only then does the Conditional Member become a full member of Club NATURAMEDICIN and is entitled to the commission, according to the Compensation Plan. If this does not happen within six calendar months from the time of becoming a Junior Member of NATURAMEDICIN Club, he/she does not become a member of the Club and is classified as a customer, without any financial entitlements related to the conditional membership.
Each club member builds a tribe structure of their new customers and club members that they register directly
under himself and receives commission from the first, second and third lines of his customers and club members and the opportunity
to broker the sale of products for a fee and thereby build their distribution chain.
THREE-LEVEL STRUCTURE OF DIRECT SALES
We have chosen a three-tier reward system. We don't want a club member to get in-depth rewards from club members they don't even know.
Why?
Because each of us has been actively working all our lives and is constantly building personal and professional relationships. We build our first social relationships at home with our parents, siblings and all our family. We build other relationships in kindergarten, school, and various special interest clubs. As we grow up, get educated and get a job, we build business relationships and encounter the concepts of employee, superior, subordinate, seller, buyer and broker.
In every trade, there are always one or more intermediaries who are either active and participate in the outcome of the trade, or are not active and therefore receive no financial reward. Our company believes that it is important for each partner of our Club NATURAMEDICIN to know the customers and members of the club in the structure both professionally and personally . It is important that all Club members know each other, establish personal or working relationships and pass on experiences that will help them to better understand our products and build their structure.
ACTIVE STATUS AND RIGHT TO REMUNERATION
A club member who has paid the annual membership fee will receive the status of an active member of Club NATURAMEDICIN.
In order to qualify for a bonus in a given calendar month, a Club Member must meet the conditions set out for Club Members in this Compensation Plan.
Our company has opted for a loading compensation plan, which in practice means that the achieved sales volume, or point value, is counted in subsequent periods. A club member who has reached a certain point level in one month remains at that level for the duration of the cooperation and can only continue upwards. Exceptions to this are certain methods of termination of club membership in accordance with the Addendum to the Terms and Conditions.
POINT VALUE
As this is a transnational reward system, we have pegged the value of 1 point to the European currency EURO. This means that 1 point is equal to 1 € /one euro/. The price of the product in points is equal to the price of the product in Euros.
a) Commission payments in countries where the European currency Euro is introduced are paid in this currency.
b) In countries of the European Union that have their own national currency, the remuneration under the compensation plan shall be paid in Euros, except in the Czech Republic, where the commission will be paid at the exchange rate of the national currency against the Euro.
c) In countries where the principal currency is the British Pound, commission shall be paid in that currency.
d) In countries where the Swiss franc is the principal currency, the commission shall be paid in that currency.
(e) In the United States of America, the commission shall be paid in the currency of the US dollar.
f) In other countries of the world, the commission is paid in the currency of the US dollar, unless otherwise specified by NATURAMEDICIN SE.
g) All prices for dietary supplements and other products, including the registration package, are exclusive of value added tax, customs duties and shipping.
h) All rewards to club members are calculated on product prices excluding VAT.
REWARDS FOR CLUB MEMBERS
As we have already outlined in the previous sections, five types of rewards are available in our remuneration system in the form of financial bonuses and tangible rewards.
- Reward for registering a new member to Club NATURAMEDICIN.
- Rewards from first, second and third line customer and club member purchases.
- Reward from structure and from customers, RUBIN".
- Tribe building speed reward, SMARAGD".
- Tribe Performance Reward, BRILLIANT".
Now let's explain the different types of rewards:
a) Reward for registering a new member to Club NATURAMEDICIN
If a club member registers a new club member, he/she will receive a reward of 35% of the registration fee set by NATURAMEDICIN SE in Euro currency and its equivalent in national currencies.
If a member builds their tribe they can earn from their direct first line a reward of 20% of the product price on each product sold. A club member can earn from their second line a reward of 10% of the product price on each product sold. From the third line, he/she will receive 5% of each product sold. This does not apply to memberships purchased by the customer in the first, second and third line.
b) Remuneration from the structure and from customers, "RUBIN"
If a club member purchases two products in one calendar month and registers :
a) 1 club member and 8 customers in your front line . Each of the newly registered members in the first line, including customers, must purchase at least two Tree of Life products in the calendar month they are registered, the club member will receive a golden branch with one ruby in addition to their reward.
If a club member purchases two products in one calendar month and registers:
b) 2 club members and 11 customers in your front line. Each of the newly registered members in the first line, including customers, must purchase at least two Tree of Life products in the calendar month they are registered, the club member will receive a golden branch with two rubies in addition to their reward.
If a club member purchases two products in one calendar month and registers:
c) 3 club members and 14 customers in your front line. Each of the newly registered members in the first line, including customers, must purchase at least two Tree of Life products in the calendar month they are registered, the club member will receive a
golden branch with three rubies in addition to their reward.
c) Tribe building speed reward ,,SMARAGD"
If a club member purchases two products in a given calendar month and registers more than:
a) 3 new frontline members, and 8 frontline customers,
b) 2 new members in the second line, where each member registers 3 customers in their first line
Each of the newly registered members in the first and second line, including customers, must purchase at least two Tree of Life products in the calendar month they are registered, the member will receive a golden branch with one emerald in addition to their reward.
If a club member purchases two products in a given calendar month and registers more than:
c) 4 new frontline members, and 10 frontline customers,
d) 3 new members in the second line, where each member registers 5 customers in their first line
Each of the newly registered members in the first and second line, including customers, must purchase at least two Tree of Life products in the calendar month they are registered, the member will receive a golden branch with two emeralds in addition to their reward.
If a club member purchases two products in a given calendar month and registers more than:
e) 5 new frontline members, and 10 frontline customers,
f) 4 new members in the second line, where each member registers 5 customers in their first line
Each of the newly registered members in the first and second line, including customers, must purchase at least two Tree of Life products in the calendar month they are registered, the member will receive a golden branch with three emeralds in addition to their reward.
d) Reward for the speed of tribe building ,,BRILLIANT"
If a club member purchases two products in a given calendar month and registers more than:
a) 6 new frontline members, and 10 frontline customers,
b) 6 new members in the second line, where each member registers 5 customers in their first line
Each of the newly registered members in the first and second line, including customers, must purchase at least two Tree of Life products in the calendar month they are registered, the member will receive a golden branch with one diamond in addition to their reward.
If a club member purchases two products in a given calendar month and registers more than:
c) 8 new frontline members, and 10 frontline customers,
d) 8 new members in the second line, where each member registers 5 customers in their first line
Each of the newly registered members in the first and second line, including customers, must purchase at least two Tree of Life products in the calendar month they are registered, the member will receive a golden branch with two brilliants in addition to their reward.
If a club member purchases two products in a given calendar month and registers more than:
e) 10 new frontline members, and 10 frontline customers,
f) 10 new members in the second line, where each member signs up 5 customers in their first line
Each of the newly registered members in the first and second line, including customers, must purchase at least two Tree of Life products in the calendar month they are registered, the member will receive a golden branch with three brilliants in addition to their reward.
e) Target rewards
NATURAMEDICIN SE may, at its discretion, announce additional reward options to the existing rewards (e.g. car competition, holiday, discount promotions for various holidays or special occasions. Discounts on products and club memberships, etc.)
